Refund Policy Overview
This refund policy applies exclusively to Home and Office Broadband services. Refunds are credited through the original mode of payment.
Home Broadband
If continuous and critical issues arise within the first 3 days from activation due to our service fault, a full refund will be issued.
Office Broadband
Same as Home Broadband, but the refund window extends to 7 days post-activation if severe issues occur.
Duplicate Payments
Refund of excess amount for duplicate transactions can be requested within 24 hours of transaction through official support.
No Refund after Activation
Once a broadband plan is activated, no refund request will be entertained even if unused service remains.
Enterprise Services
Enterprise plans and custom contracts are not covered under this general refund policy. Dedicated account terms apply.
Security Deposits
Refunded within 4 weeks after return of hardware in working condition. Damages may reduce refundable amount.
Service-specific Terms
Home Broadband
- Only UPI, bank transfer, cheque, and DD accepted.
- No cash or personal UPI accounts allowed.
- Plan upgrades require complete recharge.
- Landline device sold separately at ₹1000 + GST.
- Relocation available on paid request.
Corporate Broadband
- GST Certificate mandatory before invoicing.
- All plans are prepaid and non-refundable.
- Non-payment may result in service suspension.
Intercom Services
- Only accepted payment modes allowed.
- Refundable deposit returns within 2 weeks on device return.
OTT Terms
- Valid only with broadband plans.
- We are not responsible for OTT content or access issues.
- We may cancel/change OTT offers anytime.
- OTT access expires with broadband plan expiry.
- Single user only; tied to registered mobile number.
- OTT is non-transferable, non-redeemable.
- Only available with long-term plans.
- All IP rights belong to respective OTT providers.
